Therapy is an opportunity for you to explore yourself– a path towards embracing all parts of what makes you who you are. In our work together you will always be given a space of safety, authenticity, and empathy.

Together, we will come to understand your individual needs and goals. Taking a collaborative approach to therapy, you and I will work as a team to process your experiences, understand your inner world, and work towards your desired peace. I enjoy working with those who want to understand themselves better, who are looking for an opportunity to process and explore their identities and emotions and how they interact. Some topics of interest include self-esteem work, identity/sexuality exploration, interpersonal stressors, body image, and approaches rooted in social justice.

I am queer identified, with strong ties to my heritage; I hope to combine this cultural knowledge in the work we do! I am currently studying at Temple University, having worked with a variety of ages and populations. Throughout sessions, we will come to connect the dots of what makes you who you are– sometimes we forget to give ourselves grace and understanding, and the therapy room can be essential in doing just that.
