Therapy

Individual Therapy:

Therapy is a private, supportive space to help you navigate the complexities of life and identity.  Our therapists are trained to create an inclusive, affirming, and collaborative space that helps you feel safe, heard, and supported. We go beyond symptoms, seeking out the roots of struggle through exploration of attachment, early life experiences, and the impact of trauma. Therapy is a great way to gain greater self-understanding, relieve the impact of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other stressful life circumstances, and undo repeating patterns in one’s life.

Couples Therapy:

Couples therapy is a wonderful way for any couple to work on communication, loss of connection, co-parenting, explore and resolve long standing conflicts or patterns in the relationship. We can also help couples through the process of ending their relationship. Our therapists are welcoming diverse relationship orientations including polycules, open relationships, and other forms of consensual non-monogamy.

Group Therapy:

Group therapy is a wonderful way to connect with others in similar circumstances, reflect on personal issues, and find community.
