**Prism is Hiring a Child/ Family / Couples Therapist!**

 

Prism is looking for a fantastic therapist to join our team specifically to treat children, teens, families, and couples. This therapist would provide play therapy, family therapy, and parental guidance to a diverse group of clients. Experience and enthusiasm in working with gender expansive youth and their families is a must.

Ideal Candidates should:

  • Be fully licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Have previous experience in group practice settings.
  • Be a member of or strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+/ BIPOC/ Neurodivergent communities and readily skilled in helping people navigate identity.
  • Be well-versed in supporting clients through identity exploration/gender transition.
  • Therapist must have a niche in children/families and/or couples.
  • The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and interested in enhancing our connected and positive-minded group of clinicians.
  • Hired candidates will be W-2 employee status.

Position Requirements

  • Current State of Pennsylvania independent clinical license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT or LPC
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related clinical field
  • Willing to work 12 hours per week or more
  • Willing to work at least two evenings or one weekend day
