Whether you are looking for guidance with a particular concern or simply hoping to learn more about yourself, I am here for you! My goal as your therapist is to establish a connection of mutual trust, honesty, and respect. I believe a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to meaningful change, so I always strive to foster an atmosphere of warmth, compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I approach therapy in a collaborative way, paying close attention to your unique individual experiences and needs so that I can best support you in meeting your personal goals. Together, we will work to develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, identities, relationships, and experiences, and to explore the ways in which you relate to yourself, others, and the world. As we discover more about your inner world, I will work to help you resolve difficult relational patterns, create thriving relationships with others, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels fulfilling to you.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University in 2024, concurrently earning a master’s degree in Human Sexuality Studies. I have been working as a mental health professional since 2017, training in various clinical environments including community mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, in-home therapy settings, college counseling centers, and private practices. I enjoy working with clients of diverse backgrounds and a wide variety of presenting concerns, though I specialize in personal identity exploration, sexuality and related topics, relational issues, attachment trauma, and complex family dynamics.

In my free time, I enjoy art, dancing, and spending time with my partner and our beautiful cat, Tupawc.
